About the Conference

8th Annual HAK Conference 2026

The 8th Annual HAK Conference brings together Hansard professionals from all 49 county assemblies and parliamentary departments across Kenya for seven days of intensive learning, networking, and professional development in Kisumu County.

This year's theme, "The Hansard: Milestones, Gains and Impact", explores the critical role of legislative reporters in strengthening Kenya's democratic processes through accurate, timely, and accessible parliamentary records.
